No. 28: Indiana Fever: Kamiah Smalls (James Madison)

Smalls averaged 14.5 points per game, 5.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists. She twice won the Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year.

“Kamiah is an athletic guard who can play any of the three guard positions,” head coach Marianne Stanley said. “Even in the third round, you still can find players who can make an impact and contribute.”
