#10 – Georgetown

Preseason predicted ranking: 10th
BIG EAST 2018-19 Record: 9-9
2018-19 Overall Record: 19-16

Key returners: The Hoyas return 11 players, but none that recorded more than four points per game last season. They lost double-digit scorers Dionna White, Dorothy Adomako, and Mikayla Venson. With only two true freshman on the roster, the Hoyas will need a returning player to step up in a big way.

Newcomers: Howard added to transfer students to his roster in the offseason. Taylor Barnes joins from Memphis as a graduate transfer. Jillian Archer played with the University of Southern California before landing with the Hoyas.

Head coach: James Howard enters his third season at the helm of the Hoyas. He has a .500 winning percentage in BIG EAST play and has advanced to the WNIT each of his two seasons.

Outlook: The Hoyas have steadily improved under James Howard. So too has the rest of the field. Finding a scorer or two (and fast) will be top priority for Georgetown.
