Stephanie Norman

Norman has as good of a chance as anyone to get this job.  The University of Louisville associate head coach was in the mix for the Oregon job in 2014, which ultimately went to Graves. Norman is known throughout the coaching community as a relentless recruiter. With recruiting being the lifeline of a program, this is certainly a good thing to be known for.  Norman played a major role in landing Asia Durr in 2015, and has helped Louisville land top recruiting classes virtually every year.  Beyond recruiting, Norman is a part of a program that just wins. In her five years as an assistant and seven as associate head coach, the Cardinals have been to three Final Fours and two National Championship games.  Having played at Arizona State, and coached at both Oregon and Oregon State, her Pac-12 ties run deep.
