Storrs:

1. UConn (AAC)
16. Robert Morris (NEC)

8. Rutgers
9. California

Coral Gables:

5. Drake (MVC)
12. Wright State (Horizon)

4. Miami (ACC)
13. Belmont (OVC)

UConn dodged a bullet on Monday, winning at USF without Katie Lou Samuelson. Geno Auriemma said after the game that he was hopeful to have her back for the AAC Tournament, and with a long layoff before the start of the tournament, Huskies fans shouldn’t have anything to worry about. If something changes, however, it’s important to reiterate: UConn will be seeded based on the team they will field for the tournament. Just saying.

Corvallis:

6. South Dakota
11. BYU

3. Oregon State
14. UC Davis

Starkville:

7. North Carolina
10. Miami (OH)

2. Mississippi State (SEC)
15. Radford (Big South)

Does that seem a little high for North Carolina? It should. The Tar Heels are actually a true 8 seed but were bumped up to a 7 to keep conference teams away from each other. A win in the first round over Georgia Tech, however, would give North Carolina a little insurance as it looks to stay a single-digit seed.
