Louisville:

1. Louisville
16. UMKC (WAC)

8. Central Michigan (MAC)
9. Purdue

College Park:

5. Tennessee
12. Maine (America East)

4. Maryland
13. Penn (Ivy)

Maryland is creeping up to where it belongs thanks to a 4-1 start in the Big Ten. That start has done two things: given the Terps quality wins and handed out Ls to teams that were previously ahead of them. All eyes are on their Thursday night clash with Michigan State.

Ames:

6. Kentucky
11. Butler

3. Iowa State
14. Middle Tennessee (CUSA)

Eugene:

7. UCF
10. Virginia Tech

2. Oregon
15. Northern Colorado (Big Sky)

Life in the SEC could be wild, as Kentucky learned this week. Right after earning a huge win over Tennessee (on that I do not think is marred by the Vols’ three-game skid), the Wildcats fell at home to 7-11 Ole Miss. It was their only loss of the season to a team outside the top 10, but they have to regroup fast with a trip to LSU coming up.
