1. Sabrina Ionescu – Oregon

The preseason espnW Player of the Year (and key puzzle piece in figuring out the 2019 WNBA Draft should she leave early), there’s little that Sabrina Ionescu cannot do on the basketball court. Oregon is the Pac-12 favorite and a contender for the national championship, and she is the reason why.

As a junior who will turn 22 in 2019, she will be eligible to leave Oregon early and enter the WNBA draft. She’s more than capable of playing at that level already. A preseason All-American, she is the NCAA record holder for most triple-doubles.

She opened the season with a bang, recording yet another triple-double with 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists in the Ducks win over Alaska-Fairbanks. She followed that with 26 points, ten rebounds, and six assists, with multiple clutch shots from beyond the arc, in a thrilling victory over Syracuse.

Oregon is a deep team, but Ionescu is clearly their best player and so far the best in the conference. The Ducks have national title hopes, and winning that ring is all that’s missing from Ionescu’s illustrious college career.
