You might think, in a now even deeper draft, that Bill Laimbeer could consider anew making a trade. The Aces have multiple needs, after all, and there are a pair of teams with multiple first round picks to package. Chicago has 3/4. Indiana has 2/8. High Post Hoops has confirmed, however, that the Aces have not so much as reached out on such a move, and multiple league sources agreed that it is unlikely they will do so. Easy reason for that one: when you are in a position to draft A’ja Wilson, who captured a Player of the Year award from a major organization roughly every hour we were all in Columbus this past weekend, you draft A’ja Wilson.
