8. Indiana Fever: Maria Vadeeva, 6’3 C Russia

Something worth considering with Vadeeva, who just completed a successful season with Dynamo Kursk: she’s just 20, but look who she played with: Angel McCoughtry, Nneka Ogwumike for starters. She’s got a ton of development time left, but she won’t be on unfamiliar terrain going up against WNBA stars, either. Enough inside-outside versatility here that she could thrive in Pokey’s up-tempo attack.
