9. Connecticut Sun: Victoria Vivians, 6’1 F, Mississippi State

This might be low. Vivians combines the necessary skills for not just the WNBA now, but where it is going — elite three-point shooting, effective rebounding, ability to handle the ball without turning it over (that 8.5 percent turnover mark is 52nd in the country), and she’s certainly showing she can lead a team to plenty of wins. Don’t be surprised if a big NCAA tournament catapults her even higher.
