15. Central Arkansas (Southland)

7. Marquette
10. Miami (FL)

Welcome to the Land of the 2 Seeds, Oregon! The Ducks are riding a nine-game winning streak and are 6-0 in the Pac-12, with wins over UCLA, Arizona State, and USC. Out of conference, they’ve beaten Texas A&M (twice!) and Oklahoma. With their only losses coming to Louisville and Mississippi State, Oregon can start building a case for 1 seed consideration.

Austin:

3. Texas (Big 12)
14. IUPUI (Horizon)

6. Michigan
11. Central Michigan (MAC)

We touched on Texas up top; the Longhorns have plenty of opportunities to get back to a 2 seed, even with a loss to UConn on Monday. As for Michigan, it stays at a 6 but pulled off a pair of top-100 RPI wins this week over Indiana and Nebraska at home. It’s what was expected, and puts the Wolverines in position to move up next week if they can pull off the upset at Ohio State.

We should also note here that Central Michigan is still the MAC leader, so the Chippewas are in the field as the third MAC team. No, you should not expect that conference to get three bids. That’s just how it works out now thanks to #OfficialBracketologyRulesThatSomeoneMadeUp
