A small but significant part of the 2017 Connecticut breakout season, Adams found her way back into the league after conditioning had stalled her WNBA career, missing the 2016 season. But she is a solid fit for what the league looks for out of bigs—not only can she shoot from deep, she’s a solid rim protector, and even her 2.4 steal percentage reflects a more diversified game than she gets credit for.
