Bria Hartley remains a useful but largely undefined player. Is she a true one? Not really, and that assist percentage reflects it, especially in a New York system that really could have used her to take the lead on that after Brittany Boyd went down. Is she a true two? Sort of, she shot 34.5 percent from deep. But that’s the glass half-empty way of looking at her. An optimist would note she is capable of therefore handling minutes at either role, while her finishing was best of her career in 2017. She’ll help whoever she plays for.
