A look at Elena and Amanda’s Dream Wedding

After the wedding, Elena and Amanda will begin to plan for children. However, announcements of babies will not come immediately, “not like the day we get back,” laughed Elena, while Amanda could be heard saying, “right away!”
For now, the two have their hands full with their dogs, both of whom were an integral part of the proposals. Sadly, the pups will miss the wedding.
“Our black lab Rasta just tore her ACL and had surgery about a day ago,” Delle Donne told The Summitt on Tuesday. “So, they probably won’t be apart of [the wedding] now.”
Wrigley and Rasta will be there in spirit, and the joy of family and friends will ensure the day is just as beautiful as the two dreamed it would be.
Overall, Elena and Amanda are thankful to share their love for food, fun, music and each other with the world. “I think the biggest thing is just sharing a day of love and a beautiful day with a lot of great people,” said Delle Donne.
“I’m hoping that’s what comes off and we just continue to normalize [same-sex weddings].”
