Howard: Ari, want to touch on a pair of recent pieces of yours.

First was breaking the news that Cierra Burdick signed with San Antonio. What do you think of how she fits in with the Stars? She’d impressed me earlier this year in New York.

Arielle Chambers: She’s a high energy player that will fit in great with San Antonio. They can benefit from her agility as well as size. She did some impressive things at New York, pre-season and even the first regular season game, but she hadn’t had the chance to really shine. She’s consistent and will add an extra spark to this San Antonio team that is finding their identity.

She has range, she has speed and she has size.

Howard: Yes, I feel like she plugs a hole on that roster between their trio of elite guards and the development of Isabelle Harrison and Kayla Alexander.

Arielle: I agree wholeheartedly

Howard: Your video with Tiffany Mitchell was interesting to me as well. Where do you think she fits in on that Fever team, and how good can she be?

Arielle: Tiffany is a skilled guard that wants to win. Period. She’s also the energy on the team.

Adds youth to a vet-heavy team

Howard: Yes. Already plus defender. When her shooting percentage tops 40, we’re talking about a potential all star.

Arielle: A very pesky defender. And I like it
