12. San Antonio Stars

There are signs of life here. Moriah Jefferson leads the league in steal percentage and is even more efficient shooting the ball than she was her rookie season. Kayla Alexander keeps growing as a player at both ends. Isabelle Harrison has asserted herself as a key part of the team’s future. But the Kelsey Plum situation—how little she plays, how much she’s struggling when she does—hangs over this team even more than the 0-14 record.
