7. Connecticut Sun

When we spoke to Sun head coach Curt Miller, he agreed that the winning is often a lagging indicator for a team turnaround. Well, the winning is here, most recently that 104-71 thrashing of the Dream. Jonquel Jones is grabbing 25.1 percent of available rebounds. Alyssa Thomas continues contributing a bit of everything. Courtney Williams is an effective scorer off the bench. And this is all without the missing Morgan Tuck (knee) and Alex Bentley (overseas). The Sun are awfully intriguing.
