11. Indiana Fever (5 feet, 5 inches)
A fever occurs when one’s body temperature rises above what is accepted as a normal range (around 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, give or take a little bit). The brain’s hypothalamus regulates body temperature, so for the sake of this list, this is where a fever originates. This nifty picture here shows us where the hypothalamus is located — apparently in a lower portion of the brain. Eyeballing it, we’ll call it 5 feet, 5 inches.
