9: Erica McCall, F, Chicago Sky

Much like Coffey, McCall would represent a shift in direction the Sky are already well-positioned to take—a grittier team, with Jessica Breland and  Tamera Young as avatars. McCall fits the bill, and presents the ability to guard fours the day she puts on the Sky uniform. The drop in her offensive numbers across the board are a red flag, as is her extremely low assist percentage (3.8 percent somehow on a team with Karlie Samuelson), but she doesn’t need to score on this Sky team, and does most of the things they do need.
